Work responsibilities

You will be crucial to the creation of unique and memorable experiences to our guests. As a concierge, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing our guests requests and special demands through a large network of vendors. You have an extensive and intimate knowledge of Stockholm and surrounding regions, are up to date with events, functions, concerts, sporting events, sightseeing tours and other activities in the city and your knowledge of restaurants, bars, clubs and ongoing exhibitions is second to none.

Main Duties:

• To create memorable guest experiences by going above and beyond
• To establish close contacts and lasting relationships with guests and vendors
• Manage, train and follow through with the lobby team

Background and personal characteristics

• A charismatic persona that’s all about guest relations
• Experience in a similar position in a 5-star environment, preferably internationally
• Excellent motivating, training and follow through skills
• A focused approach to exceptional customer service at all times and at all stages
• Highly organised, results-oriented, work well under pressure and with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Fluent in English in speech and writing, to be able to understand Swedish. Additional languages are a plus
• Driving license is a plus
