Breakfast/Lunch Supervisor

Currently we are recruiting for a supervisor to join and lead the day-team (breakfast and lunch) of our award winning restaurant Dining Room.

The restaurant is a 100-seats vibrant modern venue serving exciting food with a focus on challenging flavour combinations and seasonal ingredients. The wine lists has around 400 different labels from all parts of the world.
Story-telling and personalized service with attention to detail are the core of our DNA.

Breakfast is also a big part of the Scandinavian hotel cultural and At Six is not an exception. Our breakfast buffet prides itself in being one of the most diverse, organic and exciting in town.

Work responsibilities

As a supervisor you are responsible for managing the operation on a daily basis and assure the team is delivering exceptional high end guest service experiences both for breakfast and lunch. The role includes building a strong relationship with other departments to ensure a flawless guest experience for all our guests from beginning to end, you function as the main liaison between our guests, waiters and kitchen brigade. Your role requires you to ensure staff are working together as a team to ensure extraordinary service delivery.

You may be required to do schedules, cost controlling, purchasing and develop your team through training and coaching.

Background and personal characteristics
You are an organized team player who thrives to motivate and inspire your team to meet all guests with a fantastic welcome and deliver exceptional service. In addition,

  • You have 3 years experience working in an high end restaurant and/or hotel in a similar position
  • Ambitious and interested in working in a high-pace environment with great standards
  • Out-going personality who has an easy way communicating with guests. Ability to charm and up-sell to guests.
  • Structure and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and high professional ethics
  • Good knowledge of different types of beverage such as wine, beer, spirits
  • Service is your passion and you have a genuine love for food and beverage
  • Able to communicate verbally in Swedish and English, additional languages is a plus


Working hours are during the day and you will be required to work alternate weekends. You need to be a morning person as some shift start as early as 5.30am.
