In Room Dining Waiter - evening

We are looking for someone with attention to detail and a true passion for service.

You also have humor and like to have fun (not absolutely necessary but it makes things easier; we often have a lot of fun at work).

Work responsibilities
You will play a key role in the creation of unique and memorable in-room food & beverage experiences for our hotel guests by working together with your team to provide our guests with personalized service and great products. 

• Take phone orders
• Deliver food and drinks following our sequence of service
• Do rounds on each floor of the hotel and collect any dirty dishes
• Deliver VIP amenities as requested by the guest relations team
• Support the restaurant and event teams when required
• Up-sell and recommend products to our guests when appropriate
• Mis-en-place for the following shift following the shift checklist

Working times are mainly in the evening between 14.30 and 23.00.

We are looking for a 80% employee.

Background and personal characteristics
You are an dynamic team player who thrives in meeting all guests with a warm welcome and deliver exceptional service. In addition:

• You have previous experience working in-room dining in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Good knowledge in regards to beverage such as wine, beer and spirits
• Energetic and dynamic personality that get's motivated to face different challenges on a daily basis
• Structure and good organizational skills are required
• Ability to work unsupervised and high professional ethics
• Service is your passion and you have a genuine love for food and beverage
• Able to communicate verbally in English and Swedish
